Kai was very nice at the service desk, but not happy with the actual job that was done on my car. I have a friend who is a mechanic and said he would check my fluids after my visit to the dealership. I had an oil change done and they said they would check the other fluids. Well - even my oil level was low - I had to add a quart of oil. The antifreeze was not topped off either. Really disappointing to get this kind of service, when I trust the dealership to keep my new car running for a long time. More
