They had us book an appointment to see a specific car we were very interested in and both times, they had previously told us that the car was there and ready for us take home even! And in both cases, come to find out when we got there, that they couldn't find the car in their lot after being told and confirmed by at least three of their sales people & manager that one of the managers had taken the car home with her, that she still had it with her and was unable to bring it to the dealership to be shown, again after they chad confirmed it was there & ready for us!! We were extremely disappointed and upset to have been lied to twice, and have us waste our very valuable time. Their excuse and lack of understanding and consideration of our time wasted was very much unappreciated & frustrating to say the least. We will never consider this dealership again, nor do we recommend it to anyone! More

I purchased a vehicle from them based on online photos and information they provided. It was a cold and snowy day so I didn’t get a chance to do a thorough inspection. Once the sale was complete, I drove and information they provided. It was a cold and snowy day so I didn’t get a chance to do a thorough inspection. Once the sale was complete, I drove home and parked the vehicle in my garage. The next morning I noticed that the front grill was damaged. I called and spoke to the dealership and they refused to take any responsibility. I was told all sales are “AS IS”…had I known there was damage then I would’ve made a decision based on the “AS IS” purchase. Please find another dealership to do business with. Terrible customer service. More
