This was my second visit to this dealership for service and I will return again. They offer a free shuttle to take you home while they work on your car and always provide exceptional customer service. and I will return again. Very poor experience. The dealer advertised the vehicle at $13,323 on its website and cars.com. I contacted them via email to get more information, and eventually they sent me a breakdown of the total cos at $13,323 on its website and cars.com. I contacted them via email to get more information, and eventually they sent me a breakdown of the total cost. It was $15,930!! Then sales tax on top of that. They had added $499 for a Lojack system, $1,199 for Xzilon "car coating" and $899 in dealer "prep and doc fees." After several back and forth emails they agreed to remove the cost of the Lojack and Xzilon, and I agreed to pay the dealer fees. The salesman graciously agreed to meet me about an hour from the dealership to deliver the vehicle, saving me from driving into Chicago. I appreciated that. But when he showed up I noticed significant damage to the right rear door and quarter panel. Like it was scraped by a car backing out of a parking spot. I don't know the cost yet to repair, but I'm guessing $2,000. I had already paid for most of the car and went ahead and took it. At no time did the dealership disclose this damage. The salesman described the vehicles as being in "pristine condition", and because of the way they took the photos it was nearly impossible to see the damage. In my view this dealership is fundamentally dishonest, and I'll never again have any dealings with a Rohrman dealership. More
Brian and his Technician are trying hard to find the problem with my Nissan Frontier. I understand that these problems are hard to locate at times. Brian is great at letting me know what is going on. problem with my Nissan Frontier. I understand that these problems are hard to locate at times. Brian is great at letting me know what is going on.
