A few things. One is they told me they are not taking any customer orders for new cars which was odd and kind of forced me to buy a used one. Secondly, the salesman boasted that there was apple carplay in th customer orders for new cars which was odd and kind of forced me to buy a used one. Secondly, the salesman boasted that there was apple carplay in the car but when I took it home it was completely broken and would not work for any phone. When I took it to the dealership to ask if they could help fix it no one could help me. They all said they didn't know how carplay worked and didnt try to help me find a solution. Now I have a car I spent a ton of money on and a simple feature doesnt even work. Lastly, they priced the car at a pretty good price but then charged me thousands of dollars extra for add ons I didnt even want, such as some sealant on the coat of the car. I dont understand why I had to pay for that when I wasnt the one who wanted it placed on the car. The nice thing was that I got a car that was pretty brand new. More

The people who work the front desk at the service department appear to have the skill set to do their jobs well and seem to care and listen to the customer. With that being said, someone who only pur department appear to have the skill set to do their jobs well and seem to care and listen to the customer. With that being said, someone who only purchased a used vehicle from them, should not have to pay $145 to run a diagnostic test when the engine reveals something might be wrong with it. Just because the service center could not find any problems does not mean any don’t exist. My wife and I know what we experienced and heard. And the car was purchased their recently and still has a warranty. I’m aggravated and frustrated to pay $145 and nothing was accomplished accept to say nothings wrong. Plus we had to pay $210 for a rent a car since the dealership didn’t even bother to offer a loaner. Yeah, I’m not happy right now. A huge expense for nothing. More
