I don’t usually respond to surveys, but this request was in my inbox. So … I was very interested in a vehicle at this dealership. I sent a request for information, received the standard bot response and in my inbox. So … I was very interested in a vehicle at this dealership. I sent a request for information, received the standard bot response and was eventually put in touch with a salesperson. Did I mention I was very interested? I was ready to write a check for the car, but shipping (it was an EV) was extremely high. Like three times higher than another dealership in the same area. The salesperson said she would look into other options. I didn’t hear back. For days. When I did hear back it was an automated email notifying me that the price on the car had been RAISED $250. I sent multiple emails asking for information with no response. Eventually, the salesperson responded after being away from work for a number of days. Eight, if I’m counting right. She promised to send me information immediately. The info she sent was that the car had been sold a day earlier. One day. Of course, info on similar vehicles was sent to me right away including a very similar car (same year, similar mileage) for $3K more than the one I initially showed interest in. With no mention of shipping costs. I can’t fault a dealership for selling cars; it’s what they do. Still disappointed in the communication. That car could (should) have been in my garage. So, my review is MEH. It’s a place that sells cars. Update : A week later I received ANOTHER price change. On the vehicle I had been told had sold a week earlier! The price had dropped $250. I am waiting for a response to this latest silliness, but I have very little faith in this dealership at this point. I am looking elsewhere. More
