Complete lack of integrity I thought dealers like this were a thing of the past. My most recent service was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I left with the master key to unlock the wheels and a missing lug nut to one of my tires. I asked the service rider to not to wash my car because I just recently detail my car. My car was put to wash anyway. More
