Purchased a 2019 370Z First of all, I didn't appreciate my two salespeople speaking in Russian while I was sitting there. What were they saying? They were probably trying First of all, I didn't appreciate my two salespeople speaking in Russian while I was sitting there. What were they saying? They were probably trying to figure out more ways to make a better commission off me. It was so insulting and rude. Also, I never got my floor mats. I have a job; I can't just hike it over to the dealership to pick something up that should have come with the car to begin with. How about you guys FedEx them to me? Furthermore, I called my finance manager to confirm which company I have my loan through. I left him a message; he never called me back. Another big fail. And I have to tell you how even more disappointed I am in my salespeople. They never explained anything about my car. They didn't show me anything. I would think they would have showed me all the perks of this car. Nope. I even brought it in for service thinking something was wrong. There was no issue; your "Z" expert explained what I needed to do. I like your service department, but that's the only good thing I can say about your dealership. I'll never buy another car from a Rohrman dealership again. And I will share my opinion if anyone ever asks. I'll use your service department, but that's only because I have to -- my extended warranty dictates that -- and I don't feel like I've been screwed yet. More

My recent experience with 2017 Pathfinder gave me strong confidence to never come back or buy Nissan again. I had a cabin leak which caused a damage to the interior. I went to Nissan and they fixed the leak under the warranty, but refused to replace the damaged parts caused by the leak. So I called Nissan USA with the complained and got back with 50% coverage offer instead of just replacing the parts. They dragged my case to the end of the factory warranty and came back with 50% offer 10 days after warranty expired. The argument was that at the time decision was made my warranty had expired. More
