Exceptional Service Provided by Samantha (Sam) I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Sam was very helpful in selecting the right kind of oil since this was my first oil change for a n I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Sam was very helpful in selecting the right kind of oil since this was my first oil change for a new car. She also recommended an alignment since the computer revealed it was slightly off. When it seemed like we were waiting longer for the alignment to be completed, Sam was very responsive. She coordinated with the techs to ensure our vehicle was properly identified and placed in line for this job. As I was seated in the waiting area, I had an opportunity to watch Sam engage other customers. She was kind, articulate, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, well groomed and so forth. Not just with a couple of her customers, but with every single customer. One of the most professional people I've met and seen at Nissan. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 the highest), I'd give her a 12!
