Wife had an appt at 4:20 for basic tire rotation service. Finished at 6:50. No communication from advisor Rande. Attempted to message him with the link he provided but never received a response. Paperwork wa Finished at 6:50. No communication from advisor Rande. Attempted to message him with the link he provided but never received a response. Paperwork was not correct or complete and they tried to charge us even though we have the pre paid plan. I called to speak to a manager but was told no one was in. I left a voicemail but have not received a call back. This is not the first time to have these issues. I would understand if we were having a more involved service performed or if we at least had some communication. We have purchased 3 vehicles here and had wonderful experiences on the sales side.
