*MILITARY DO NOT BUT HERE* I am active duty military member who has purchased vehicles in multiple states and countries around the world, this was by far the WORST car-buying experience I have ever had. member who has purchased vehicles in multiple states and countries around the world, this was by far the WORST car-buying experience I have ever had. My experience at Arlington Toyota was extremely frustrating, primarily due to the sales representative, Cassandra Haskins. She appeared unfamiliar with the car-buying process, was unable to answer even basic questions without repeatedly going back to her manager, and when asked to explain company policies that were unclear or confusing, her response was simply, “it is what it is,” which added to the frustration and lack of confidence in the process, the sales team, and the company. More concerning, there was little to no effort to understand my needs or preferences as a customer. The interaction felt transactional rather than customer-focused, and at times unprofessional. The process also seemed heavily geared toward dealership financing, with little regard for customers who already have their own financing or payment options secured. There were miscellaneous "fees" stacked in the out door price, that once it was broken down had to be removed, due to being illegal to charge the vistomer in the first place. In addition, they wanted a $500 "good faith" deposit to not show/sell the car to someone else even though i was literally making the check out to the dealership. Her exact words were "since you didn't finance through us, we can sell the car until the bank releases the funds." So many key steps in the purchasing process felt disorganized or skipped altogether. You should never leave a car dealership feeling like you were sold a lemon or taken advantage of, but that is exactly how I left. What should have been an exciting moment turned into second-guessing the purchase altogether like, “yes, I bought a new car, but why did I buy it from here?” It was an absolute letdown. To their credit, the general manager did step in quite a few times to acknowledge the situation, and offer corrective measures, which I appreciated. However, that does not outweigh the poor experience with the sales process. If I had to do it again, I would absolutely NOT return to Arlington Toyota for any reason, and I would NOT recommend working with this sales representative or this company. **DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ARLINGTON TOYOTA** More

So if you are going to do your own financing, make sure you have the check with you when you show up the first time. That was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. More
Juliana at Arlington Toyota was great! ! She patiently showed us a few vehicles and was very friendly and personable. We made a deal within an hour. She deserves five stars. The rest of the ! She patiently showed us a few vehicles and was very friendly and personable. We made a deal within an hour. She deserves five stars. The rest of the process was so painful… so many hours sitting around waiting and waiting was ridiculous. There is no reason to keep a customer waiting for over 3 hours to finalize paperwork. The dealership was not busy and we were not haggling, no excuses. More
