Bad and disappointing At first I felt like a valued customer because even though there was a long line they worked me through Darran worked me through the process quickly. I was there to get two recalls fixed and my headlights renewed on my sienna. And when I went to pick up the van the headlights looked awesome. I didn't really check anything because I had my husband waiting and they ushered me out. But once I got home and was able to give it a look over I discovered that my taillight cover was broken out, then I realized that the sliding door didn't even open from the inside anymore! My van sliding door was having issues and that was one of the recalls I was supposed to be getting fixed. Before all this I couldn't get it to open with the remote, and there was some kind of recall on it, but at least I could open and close from the inside or outside. The door did work but now it doesn't so that's the second thing. The other thing is that they dirtied up the door frame with greasy boots. When I called up the service manager he said all they could do about the light was give me an estimate for new work. I was very disappointed. I am in the market for a used car but now I know I won't go tho Arlington Toyota for that or service any more! By the way the service manager is named Eric. More

Great place to buy a vehicle I’ve bought a car for my daughter from here a year ago. I was so pleased with my last experience and I came back here to help her find a car. Never Again! I was looking online and was prompted to do a chat with someone about the car(s) I was interested in. I was sent a general response email that welcome I was looking online and was prompted to do a chat with someone about the car(s) I was interested in. I was sent a general response email that welcomed me and left a blank that the sales person should have filled in the blank, the car. they did not even know what I was interested in yet and it told me that the car I was interested was no longer available but they could find something else for me. I ended up visiting and gave me range and was told the car I was looking at was there but was not in good condition. I was then shown 3 small cars but given no prices yet. they start running credit first and then decide what they show you. I was there for over 5 hours and bought a car. the whole thing seemed to very disorganized. I took the car home and went out the next day approx. 5 miles down the road and I blow a tire. we pull over and open the trunk and find the jack and items to change the tire were just lying in the trunk and not secured. We also find the lug wrench is missing. This makes me wonder if the car was ever really inspected at all and is it safe. I called the dealership and they send a really nice salesman out to help vs. sending someone with mechanical skills. this person was helping change the tire and put the lug nuts on backwards. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate him coming out but they should have send someone in service vs. a sales person. We returned to the dealership and I explained to my sales person that I did not trust the car and was not going to keep it. I was told " that I basically did not have that option". they agreed to keep the car and gave me a rental car for the weekend allowing them time to put the car back in the shop and reinspect plus replace the tire which had a large bubble on the back side of the tire. How is this possible when it just came out of the shop about 8 miles previously. I picked the car up on Monday night and, I just happened to open the trunk only to find that nothing had been touched and there was still no lug wrench in the car. This told me that the tire was changed but this car still had not been looked at even after what had happened. I am very disappointed with the entire ordeal and will never ever go back there again. this was my first and last experience with them. I am not happy with the car as I am pretty sure that it was never inspected or it would have had a lug wrench in it and the tire would not have passed the inspection either. I am only thankful that I was not on the interstate where this could have been catastrophic to me or someone else. I have a car that I am uncomfortable driving and not in the price range I was looking for. I would return it in a minute and go someplace else. More
