I had a couple problems with my 2006 Toyota 4Runner, so I knew just the place to take it. I've been to Arlington Toyota many times and have always has exceptional service. Well this time was no different, actually this was the best service I have ever had. Mike Sandelin took care of me and WOW he was a joy! Very friendly, very helpful, got everything I needed and even went the extra mile! I wanted to put a licence plate on my car and have tried to find the right adjuster so it would fit. Mike did not only find the proper adjuster, he put it on for me. Mike is one of the reasons why Arlington Toyota is so special, he brings people back! Anyone looking for a place to get your vehicle serviced this is where to go. Thanks Arlington Toyota and Mike Sandelin!!! More
I brought my vehicle in for brake service per my scheduled appointment at 7 am; I asked that my vehicle be ready for pickup by 5 pm. I returned to the dealership just before 5 pm and paid for the s scheduled appointment at 7 am; I asked that my vehicle be ready for pickup by 5 pm. I returned to the dealership just before 5 pm and paid for the service at the cashier’s desk. Soon thereafter the service advisor greeted me and said my car would be up in about 5 or 10 minutes as the technician needed to complete a test drive. At about 5:20 I saw him again and asked where was my vehicle. He then told me that the service technician had broken two of the center caps on my wheels. He proceeded to take me into the service bay to show me what had happened. The car was still up on the rack and the technician was attaching the wheels – obviously not out on test drive as I had been told. It was evident that a tab on each of the center caps had been broken off during the service today and because a second tab had been previously broken, the caps would no longer stay on the wheels. It was very clear which tab had been broken today as the broken edges were virgin plastic with no dirt on them. The service advisor told me he would need to consult with the service manager about the next step. I waited another 10 minutes or so before the manager introduced himself and proceeded to outline their position that the caps were already broken when I brought my vehicle in and they were not responsible. He continued to explain that the center caps can only be broken when being pushed back on and there was no possible way the technician could have broken them when removing them; a point that I refute. All that can be said with certainty is that my vehicle arrived with four center caps attached; and should have left the service department in the same condition. What amazes me more is that the service department would take such a strong position over an insignificant item. I contacted the general manager and I accepted his offer to re-imburse me for the center caps. I just wish the service manager could have taken care of this without me having to involve the GM. More
I would like to thank Robert and Kelly for the best car buying experience ever and I have purchased 5 cars in my lifetime including my new 2011 Toyota Camry XLE. During the process I never stepped into the dealership even once not even to test drive or physically see the vehicle that I ultimately purchased. Robert and Kelly was that team who beat out at least 7 other dealers to get me what I wanted at a price that I could afford. They interacted with me via email very courteously throughout the process as I had many questions that only someone with full knowledge of their craft would be able to provide the answers that I needed. They were also willing to provide financing options with just my word on how great my credit rating was still without pushing for a last name. Overall, according to my friends who witnessed the numerous email exchanges between myself, Robert and Kelly, they also agreed that I received the best deal possible. And to top things off, Robert and another associate from Arlington Toyota took time from their business schedules and drove my new car to me in Tallahassee, FL at our agreed upon time. The delivery to my physical location in another city was above and beyond to please the customer. To Robert and Kelly, thank you both for everything. The new ride is all that I wanted and more. You definitely have a satisfied customer. More

The salesman told us that all Forerunners come in as a basic model. The sunroof can be added latter. We had nothing but problems with the sun roof with various leeks. We were however thankful with the equity the Forerunner had on the trade-in. More

Kelly’s initial pricing and trade in value was very aggressive and most importantly “no haggling.” Following the agreed upon price, Robert drove the vehicle to our house for an inspection and returned the next day with all the paperwork to sign. He ensured the vehicle was exactly what we were after. This was the first time dealing with Arlington Toyota and I could not have been more impressed. Even before arriving at the dealership, I began a email discussion/relationship with Stan Bolton. Arriving at the dealership Stan arranged for a young trainee, Jim, to show us several cars while he was finishing up with another customer. My wife and I were constantly well cared for. Over a relatively short period of time we selected the Highlander model we wanted and set up an appointment for the following day to complete the deal (as I had not brought in my trade in that day). And, completing the deal was done professionally and resulted in a "win-win". From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
