On July 8, 2020, I financed a 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk which I love!! HOWEVER, I was very disappointed because the dealer only gave me 1 set of keys!! They failed to tell me this before I went through which I love!! HOWEVER, I was very disappointed because the dealer only gave me 1 set of keys!! So if I was to ever misplace the key I would have to pay $250 for a new one.(I don't think that was fair) When I asked the manager (CHUNG) he had no professional response, he was very unconcerned, and he basically told me to take it or leave it AFTER I had finished all the financial paper work! I thought all vehicles are supposed to come with 2 sets of keys?!?! More

OK cars and sales people, but watch out for their appraisers I liked the 4Runner I test drove at Arlington Toyota and wanted to move forward with it. I also had a good offer on the car I was trading in from another dealer going into this test drive. I let them appraise my trade and told them the amount they needed to beat. They made a low offer which I turned down ($3400 less than NADA trade in), then they repeatedly came back (and interrupted the sales person) to try to strong arm me into taking a bad deal, and finally accuse me of misrepresenting my car (they didn't know the difference between an Impreza, a WRX, and STI). I guess I'll take that first offer and shop elsewhere. 2 stars for having a car I wanted? More
