Overpriced oil change and they are not interested in saving the customer money. Really stupid strategy to bite someone once to never see them again vs fair and reasonable prices to attain satisfied, loy saving the customer money. Before the overpriced oil change, went in there for a tire leak. They wanted me to replaced a perfectly good tire with a $500 one. Went to Costco and got it repaired for $13. I took my truck in for a 15k service the next day I noticed the right front bolt on my skid plate was completely loose and the center bolt on the skid plate was scripted. I’m not sure why they even me noticed the right front bolt on my skid plate was completely loose and the center bolt on the skid plate was scripted. I’m not sure why they even messed with the bolts because the skid plate has a separate plate that can be removed to change the oil. My next service will more than likely be with a different dealership. I will say the gentleman who took my fob was super! More
