Arlington Toyota - Service Center

I set an appointment for an oil change. I arrived at the exact time I was scheduled. It took 20 minutes for someone to speak to me, though there where 5 or 6 people walking around me and my I arrived at the exact time I was scheduled. It took 20 minutes for someone to speak to me, though there where 5 or 6 people walking around me and my vehicle. There was pleasant looks and smiles however no one spoke to me. When I was spoke with, the young woman was very pleasant. She informed me that it would be a little while due to them being busy. I stated that I just needed the oil changed and the other things weren’t necessary do to my schedule. She assured me the other things ( tire rotation ) didn’t take hardy any time. The total amount of time I was there was 2 hours and 20 minutes. I do like the idea of Toyota doing anything that needs done. Just for the record keeping. However I think I will check out the other dealerships for service. If the give better service, then they will get my business. More
