They advertised a deal, then seemed not to know about it when I showed up. I had to threaten to leave to get the advertised price. Then the rep claimed I wanted the full 90k service, when all I wanted was a when I showed up. I had to threaten to leave to get the advertised price. Then the rep claimed I wanted the full 90k service, when all I wanted was an oil change. Trying anything they can to squeeze an extra buck out of the customer. Not good. More

Scheduled an appointment with Chauncey Andrews to have my 15k service performed. Everything went smooth as silk, and took roughly just little over an hour.
