Arlington Toyota - Service Center

This was my first oil change on my new Highlander. My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at 9am was told 1.5 hour wait for oil change and car wash. I left the dealership and returned at 11:30. I was texting to the text sent to me letting them know I was waiting. My car was finished at 2pm. I was very disappointed in my service. At 2pm I requested they just bring me are vehicle I was over it. More

The car battery died in my 2012 Prius & I drove into the service center without an appointment. Chauncey Andrews appeared — he was professional, warm, & reassuring.
