Service was good however, it was total chaos in the bay when I had to pick up my car. It took a while for me to get my car into service and when i had to pick it up. At one point one of the service attende when I had to pick up my car. It took a while for me to get my car into service and when i had to pick it up. At one point one of the service attendent was just staring at me and he knew I was there for service but never approached me and just contined to stare at me. More
The service was good and they fixed the problem. I wish the staff wore masks consistently. Quite a few did not inside the dealership and I was a little uncomfortable with this. I am the spouse of Randolph Raulerson, Annie Reed, I am who brings in our vehicles to be serviced. Your waiting area is very uncomfortable. Whoever selects the furniture for the waiting area does not think who brings in our vehicles to be serviced. Your waiting area is very uncomfortable. Whoever selects the furniture for the waiting area does not think about short people. I am 5’1” and I have short legs. I’m 66yrs. Old and my feet and ankles swell very much while dangling from the seat. So very irritating. I do have a complaint about my service also, my tires were over inflated. Toyota RAV4 2008, should have 32 psi, they put 38 psi. Can’t remember who it was that worked with me. More
