I had back to back appointments for mine and my wife's cars (standard oil and tire visit). I made an appointment at 9a on both days and there was still a line. Overall it was a good job but we made an appointment for new tires. When I made the appointment a week out I specifically asked if the tires would be there and was assured they would be. Was given an Uber home, very nice, but couldn’t get back to pick up my car for a couple of days it would have been a great experience had it not been for the tire situation. More
When I picked up my vehicle, the guy sprayed something strong in my car with the AC blaring. When I went home, I had to grab some stuff to bring in. Know wonder he sprayed. Needless to say, I'm not going there again and I'm having my vehicle checked by someone else. Makes me wonder if service was ever done. Called my service advisor about it to let her know. More

The wait time is always extremely long, there is never status updates. Lunch breaks are taken no matter what or how long you have been waiting. The work was completed within the promised time frame once we finally got an appointment. The leather contractor called about the appointment before the service center called. Since there were several communication gaps, we reported to the manager. When in the service center to pick it up, Ed made a point of telling us he did call 'numerous times'. If he did, he never left messages. Service work was great. Communication needs improvement. More

Mike Sandelin is the best Service Advisor I have ever encountered. I have dealt with him on many occasions over the last several years. I have two old (2000 Tacoma and 2007 FJ Cruiser) but low mileage encountered. I have dealt with him on many occasions over the last several years. I have two old (2000 Tacoma and 2007 FJ Cruiser) but low mileage vehicles. Mike is always very responsive to helping get issues identified and handled through the service department. From what I have observed, he has great respect from everyone in the service department and also has an awesome reputation among those in the sales as well. He has a large following of customers. When I arrived with a service appointment, there were several other customers waiting in line for him. He was juggling all of this as well as trying to get customers who had completed service processed and on their way. He is the best multi tasker I have ever witnessed. As a customer who has many years of career management experience, watching him in action dealing with all the issues is just fascinating. His loyal customer following is indicated by the fact that his service appointments are scheduled 3 weeks out in the future. Arlington Toyota needs to do whatever it takes to keep Mike happy and give him the resources he needs to continue satisfying your customers. More
