I was entirely pleased with Arlington Toyota's service department on my recent visit. The intake was efficient and was conducted completely outdoors, which I appreciated during this Covid pandemic. Since I live an hour away, I asked for an hour's notice prior to pick-up, mainly to help me avoid rush-hour traffic. That was done cheerfully and smoothly. When I arrived, the car was ready and my time indoors, to pick up the keys, was kept to a minimum, which I appreciated since I am in the at-risk age group for the pandemic. Thank you for a completely successful visit. I'm only sorry I can't remember the name of the fellow who helped me, because he did a great job! More

The service center was really busy on the day I brought my car in so there was a long line. When I did get help, I was directed to the Collision department. Five stars? ˆI say six stars for Mike Sandelin and Derrin Drago. It was time for my car's check-up but I came without an appointment because if indication of low tire pressure, Mike Sandelin has ta Derrin Drago. It was time for my car's check-up but I came without an appointment because if indication of low tire pressure, Mike Sandelin has taken care of my car needs for years but he was very busy with other customers. Derrin Drago stepped in and Took care of every- thing including seeing to it that I had rides home and back while the car was taken care of.
