In the last few months I have had two car "emergency" repair incidents right before a long car trip and both times the Arlington Toyota service team h In the last few months I have had two car "emergency" repair incidents right before a long car trip and both times the Arlington Toyota service team has gotten me in immediately and fixed the problem. I bought my car at Arlington and have had all my service at Arlington. With my most recent incident, Chauncey was so friendly and helpful. He made sure that my car was fixed and ready for the long car trip. It was a stressful Monday morning that included my car not starting. Chauncey made sure that my car was also washed and vacuumed. It definitely brightened my day to get my car back in working condition and so clean!!! More

Recent Service Brakes were acting funny on my very used (190k) Sienna. Made an appointment, Tucker Darnell took care of my and kept me informed throughout the day. Actually turned out to be less expensive than originally thought. 3 days later, my daughter ran over a screw and flattened the tire. I got enough air in it to drive to the dealer. Pleasant and focused on my needs. I ordered a Toyota towing package thinking it would be superior in quality, but the electrical connector is the cheapest set up I have seen.
