CONSISTENTLY GREAT SERVICE! Mike Sandelin was my service provider on my last visit and has been on many occasions. He is tops in the service department. He always keeps me well informed with what needs to be done to my car and my husband's car, and what can wait. (I am the car lady and have the honor of maintaining both of our cars). Sylvia Brummitt is the best sales person. Between being well taken care of in the service department and in the sales department, I am set. We have been a Toyota family for at least 20 years. They are the best!!!😍 Arlington Toyota is a fantastic dealership. What they say is what they mean!!! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone especially my family and friends because they're highly professional an amicable!! Their salepersons are great especially David Love. He assisted us with the problem we were having because our salesman was no longer there and he was right on the ball! Couldn't ask for a better salesperson. He didn't keep us waiting, was efficient and handled our problem expeditiously!! This is definitely going to be our permanent dealership!!!! Oh thanks Mr. Love, you are simply awesome 😊😊 More

Sienna service individual Unfortunately, I brought the vehicle in a week ago and don't have my service reps card/name but believe his name was Derrrin Drago. Set me up for next day service but would have done same day-I didn't have time. Key fobs,wipers, and informed me by phone I might want to replace battery which made sense to me-car was almost 5 years old-I have just bought it. Efficient , not pushy. Work done faster and a bit less costly than expected (which never happens). My first service visit to Arlington. Unfortunately my sales experience was not good several months earlier so bought car elsewhere. But I'll take a good service experience over sales any day of the week! More
