Quick & Easy Oil Change Appointment I was in and out in less than 45 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and a general vehicle inspection. Scheduled maintenance Raymond Cassidy has been my sole service advisor for years, ever since I started buying Toyota. I trust him totally with the service and maintenance Raymond Cassidy has been my sole service advisor for years, ever since I started buying Toyota. I trust him totally with the service and maintenance of my vehicles. Since my wife puts few miles on her vehicle, it takes experience to determine a proper service schedule. Normally I ask what is due and when and leave the rest to him. When I trust my vehicles to any other service writer, at any service center, I regret it. This comes at a price. Until recently, Mr. Cassidy worked at a very comfortable Toyota service less than five miles from home. To continue my association with Raymond, I have to drive over 25 miles one way. Because of that distance, I have to wait. Raymond took a personal interest in seeing that the wait was a short as possible. He was there when I arrived, the car did not sit before being serviced, kept me updated on its progress (I have an annoying number of questions) and he me on my way. As long as you have Raymond Cassidy, I'll make the trip. More

Beware of the Collision Center I dropped my vehicle off for a 3-4 day minor repair and they had a total of 6 days to work on it because I was out of town. When I called to pick it u I dropped my vehicle off for a 3-4 day minor repair and they had a total of 6 days to work on it because I was out of town. When I called to pick it up the following week, it was incomplete. Not only was that a severe inconvenience, but the next day, I find out that it was hit by another customer while it was there. They don't know what day that occurred, but they have the insurance information....yet never filed the claim...never filed a police report...and DID NOT CALL ME WHEN IT HAPPENED. Getting the run around and conflicting stories of what occurred and why I wasn't notified. Shady way to run a business. They sat on it and keep saying they had no idea it was my car so that they could tell me. If they can't keep straight who owns what vehicle then I don't trust them to work on anything I own. No accountability and they hoped that the insured would report it wasting valuable time it getting anything resolved. Will never go back. More

Calls are returned immediately, he always offers alternatives, he recommends the best solutions for me and he’s never disappointed me. I always feel like he has my best interest in mind when he works with me. I’ve owned Mercedes, Lexus and Genesis vehicles and feel that Arlington Toyota and Mike Sandeline is as good or in most cases better than those franchises. More

We came in for our first service and although we did not buy our vehicle there we were treated like VIPs by Mike Needham, Richard Reese, Alan Fryman, We came in for our first service and although we did not buy our vehicle there we were treated like VIPs by Mike Needham, Richard Reese, Alan Fryman, Gesy in sales and Eddie in Finance. Because it was so great we also bought a 2012 Sienna and a set of Window Visors for my wifes 4 runner! No hassles and VIP service. Arlington Toyota has changed so much for the better since I was there about 5 years ago and it has nothing to do with the property. It is all the quality of the people and 1st class service everyone at every level provides. If there were 15 stars I would give them all to Arlington Toyota! More
