Scheduled maintenance Raymond Cassidy has been my sole service advisor for years, ever since I started buying Toyota. I trust him totally with the service and maintenance Raymond Cassidy has been my sole service advisor for years, ever since I started buying Toyota. I trust him totally with the service and maintenance of my vehicles. Since my wife puts few miles on her vehicle, it takes experience to determine a proper service schedule. Normally I ask what is due and when and leave the rest to him. When I trust my vehicles to any other service writer, at any service center, I regret it. This comes at a price. Until recently, Mr. Cassidy worked at a very comfortable Toyota service less than five miles from home. To continue my association with Raymond, I have to drive over 25 miles one way. Because of that distance, I have to wait. Raymond took a personal interest in seeing that the wait was a short as possible. He was there when I arrived, the car did not sit before being serviced, kept me updated on its progress (I have an annoying number of questions) and he me on my way. As long as you have Raymond Cassidy, I'll make the trip. More
