Service and more Mike Sandelin and the service team are simply sensational. I have a 2012 Sequoia, and just turned 103,000 miles, so you know this vehicle gets a lot Mike Sandelin and the service team are simply sensational. I have a 2012 Sequoia, and just turned 103,000 miles, so you know this vehicle gets a lot of usage on the road as well as around Jacksonville and Tallahassee. I made my appointment on line, and then adjusted my time. Mike called me at 9 am to tell me that my vehicle was in progress, and that it would be completed in a couple of hours. After I did a short road test, there was another adjustment needed, and it was taken care of immediately with outstanding results. More

brake check, blinker light replaced and extensive service I had multiple problems investigated. Mr Andrews explained exactly what needed to done and how much each would cost before work completed He also inq I had multiple problems investigated. Mr Andrews explained exactly what needed to done and how much each would cost before work completed He also inquired about the replacement of my dash which is a recall by Toyota. He discovered that even though I had been notified about the recall over a year ago, no one had actually ordered the item for my vehicle. I had been told that when it arrived that I would be notified....obviously an oversight by someone Glad that Mr Andrews is so honest with his customers More
