Recently my mother's license plate was stolen. Since she does not speak English very well I did the leg work on her behalf. She had previously bought her vehicle at Armory Garage and needed a new set of she does not speak English very well I did the leg work on her behalf. She had previously bought her vehicle at Armory Garage and needed a new set of license plate holders. I spoke with A.J over the phone and he was very courteous and said to stop by to pick up a new set. When I arrived at the dealership I told him the story, shared a good laugh and he got the plate holders for me no problem. The only thing that they did not have was the type of screws, which is not the dealer's fault as they are not a Nissan shop anymore. I previously dealt with A.J. back when Armory Garage sold Nissan vehicles and has always been courteous, professional and on top of customer service. Though A.J. is great with customer service I cannot recommend this dealership as when I first bought my vehicle the business manager changed the terms of the agreement and thought that I was not paying attention. Though I did end up buying the vehicle I promptly refinanced when I received my title and saved 5% on the term of the loan. More
