I called this morning to check if a certain part item was in stock. The parts dept said it needed to be ordered. The part I was looking to purchase were two chrome side steps for a new 2023 Dodge Durango. Th in stock. The parts dept said it needed to be ordered. The parts guy quoted me a MSRP price of $1100 for these running boards, I provided him the part number and advised him the MSRP from Mopar was $700. He continued to insist Armory's price was $1100. I asked if Armory's own parts dept 15% coupon could be applied but he stated they did not honor the National Mopar coupon even though it was displayed on Armory's own web site. Buyer Beware - Do Not Deal do business with this dealership. Every other Dodge dealership honors their own coupons and does noy charge $400 over Mopars own MSRP. More

I won't ever do business with them or a Lithia dealer ever again. I have had GREAT experiences in the past with Lithia own dealerships, but after how this one is I will never again. Bought a $65,000 Jeep from them 3-months ago and service has been a nightmare. The first time when a safety issue occurred it took me calling Jeep to get an appointment/loaner car. Now fast forward to today and I call and ask to see if someone can just look at the front end of my vehicle (it was hit in a parking lot) and they tell me sure, for $169. No compassion about the car being it, just "pay me". Then they tell me, even though it is an Electric Hybrid with batteries, they can't recommend a place for any body work that needs to be done. Stay away, all they care about is getting the car sold then they never want to deal with you again. And good luck getting service on the phone, most times they don't even answer the phone. More

I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and noticed a leak on the floor which I thought was from the oil filer. I called the service department at Armory and spoke to Nick Miller the Assistant Service Manager and he floor which I thought was from the oil filer. I called the service department at Armory and spoke to Nick Miller the Assistant Service Manager and he said to bring it right over which I did. It turned out to be a leaking shock and he said he'd have to order one for me but the vehicle would be safe for me to drive until it came in. He checked on me every few days while the part was on order to make sure everything was fine with the safety of the vehicle. In a few days the part came in and Nick immediately called me and told me to bring it over. He set me up with a loaner vehicle and they took care of the job before the end of the day. You couldn't ask for better service and the Jeep was spotless when I picked it up. It's great to have a service department and people in it that back up their products. More

I would highly recommend dealing with Jerome. Where my experience took a turn was my interaction with the assistant sales manager. After finding body defects and broken parts not previously disclosed, he came out to discuss them with me. (Body damage, broken headlight). He never introduced himself, shook my hand, ir said hello, rather took a confrontational tone immediately that there was no way the broken headlight ($500) could be replaced, and that me asking for it was ridiculous, even when it meant I did the deal right there. His tone and approach was rather rude during the entire interaction, and then he just walked away. I do understand with used cars that’s how it is, it was the way it was went about. More
