Worst communication I have ever seen from a service department. Take your Jeep elsewhere for maintenence, and don't buy one from these amateurs.

Worst service experience as I bought a Brand New Grand Cherokee 2020 in Sep 2020, which had no trouble as I was their golden goose right..!
But when I go for a service for a grinding sound in one of my left front tire.., they had me book 3 appointments in 2 months and said it was alignment($215).
I took it later to Goldstein and saw to my surprise that next week my wheel alignment was off again, even though I didn’t put 20 miles on my vehicle. Goldstein said my tires were bad and billed me for 2 new tires- ($503).
After 2 weeks, I still felt that it wasn’t the tires issue and came back again to listen it was front bearings issue.(Still awaiting my car to be fixed as on 8.27.2021)
As a whole…- Service centers for JEEP BRAND(FCA) are horrible people and they’re don’t know nothing about the vehicle servicing.
A complete UTTER SHAME on JEEP dealers in Capital Region NY, other than for purchases.
I suggest these dealers not to SELL any cars no more and FRAUD customers for money.
Go for lighter vehicle brands as they’ll not cause problems and waste your time & energy for 3-4 months.

Marlin Hardy is one of the outstanding service department employees that I have delt with in the past 20 years. He is helpful, accommodating and does everything to make the experience excellent.
Resentful I had a service issue with my Jeep Cherokee and in no way do I want that neagative survey I filled out to reflect on Marlin Hardy. He was NOT the mechanic trying to fix the car. He just relayed the message to me.
