It took 4 days for them to even look at our Jeep which was still under warranty - and even then it was because I was calling relentlessly for an update. They miraculously couldn’t find anything wrong, but was still under warranty - and even then it was because I was calling relentlessly for an update. They miraculously couldn’t find anything wrong, but suggested a transmission service that would cost well over $1000! Needless to say we just picked up our car and left. We won’t be going back. More

They are a good dealership as long as your warranty is is done, if you still have a warranty they take longer to work on your vehicle my appointment was on a Tuesday and it didn't get looked at till the next done, if you still have a warranty they take longer to work on your vehicle my appointment was on a Tuesday and it didn't get looked at till the next week on Friday 10 days later ! If I could give them ZERO stars I would they are absolutely the worst dealership I ever dealt with including other brand cars and trucks aswell. Brought my car in only because I broke down and they absolutely the worst dealership I ever dealt with including other brand cars and trucks aswell. Brought my car in only because I broke down and they were the closest and I am from another area. They were full of lies and xx took a week to get to my vehicle and supposedly diagnosis the problem. I asked alot of questions and there answers never matched. When I finally got my truck back I drove out of there got to where I was staying parked it and the next day it would not start again. When I called them back on Saturday I was told someone would get back to me and that call never came. I had to wait till Monday before I got the service mgr on the phone and he was very rude and arrogant. Basically said why would you want to bring it back here if your not happy with us? Told him I would contact corp about my problem and he said go ahead you want the number with his I dont give s#!% attitude. I would love to see him fired. Anyway I have to take it elsewhere to a more professional dealership who actually did a video on my diagnosis showing the problem that Amory could not find! DONT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. More
