Next day the light that originally came on was back on . The manager said they would diagnose it for free but I would have to pay to fix it. I'm very confused because why would I have to pay $3,000 and they never did anything to help me. More

Armory sucks with very inconsiderate people you have working there who take people situations into account sitting here with no vehicle cause engine is on back order and they don't have a loaner to give working there who take people situations into account sitting here with no vehicle cause engine is on back order and they don't have a loaner to give and I have a newborn baby. Firstly, the people I dealt with were nice and not pushy. If you showed any bit of hesitation, they remind you that it is okay to walk away. Financing, though, you can tell they want you to breeze through it. The gentleman doing the financing was talking nonstop while also feeding me things to sign. I took my time, read every document and asked questions. Some he seemed to have expected, others he seemed a little bothered I asked. They do offer an oil change package, but that is all that comes with it. You get two free oil changes a year. You are charged for tire rotations. They also price their vehicles to sell and leave no room for negotiating the price, so don't go in with a number you want to talk them down to. More

I immediately called the service department that day - no call back - called again Sunday - no call back - called on Monday, left 3 voicemails - no call back - got in my car this morning to go to work - turned on wipers to remove the dew - drivers side wiper is shot - will be showing up at the dealership tonight - they can't ignore me then - would not recommend this dealership - More
Bought a 2015 GC on 6/26. Took it for a quick test drive and noticed that the blower motor was making a loud noise. When I got back I told sales about it and they sent a mecha Took it for a quick test drive and noticed that the blower motor was making a loud noise. When I got back I told sales about it and they sent a mechanic out. He took the glove box out and reached up there and whatever he did, the noise seemed to stop. So ok fine. I bought the car. Picked it up a few days later, got on the highway and noticed it shakes like crazy once I hit 60MPH. I didn't notice this on the test drive because I didn't go on the highway in rush hour with a car that wasn't mine (My fault. I should have). The next day the noise started from the blower motor again Called the dealership and made an appointment to have it taken care of. Dropped it off and they called back a few hours later telling me it would be $500 to fix. I owned the car for 10 days and they were fixing two things that were wrong with it when I bought it (You don't balance the tires before you sell a car?!??! The blower noise I told them about before I bought it!!) and they charged me over 500 bucks I called all day long and couldn't get ahold of anyone except one service guy who kept telling me cars over 100k miles are sold as is and basically I can go to xxxx. Nobody else returned my messages. I went in to speak with a service manager who said he would speak with sales and see what he could do. While I was waiting for that, the same service guy from before went out of his way to come over to me, get in my face, and again tell me that I okayed the work to be done and I was going to pay for all of it. Service manager came back and told me sales would do nothing. All 100k vehicles are as is. He did offer me a $200 service credit but a) I do not trust that will still be in the computer next time I go there and b) I do not ever want to give this place any business ever again Look....I get that all cars over 100k are as is, but I also know any good dealership wants return business and to make the customer happy. Most will even give you a 30 day warranty or at the very least give you a courtesy if you notice something minor like this if you notice it right away like I did. Nope. Not here. At Armory Jeep once you sign that paper you can go to xxxx and there is nobody there who will even try to help you (outside of the service manager who was the only nice guy there and the only person who tried to help at all). No way I would ever recommend this place unless you like getting robbed. I honestly wish I could just return the xxxx car now and forget the whole thing More
I called this morning to check if a certain part item was in stock. The parts dept said it needed to be ordered. The part I was looking to purchase were two chrome side steps for a new 2023 Dodge Durango. Th in stock. The parts dept said it needed to be ordered. The part I was looking to purchase were two chrome side steps for a new 2023 Dodge Durango. The parts guy quoted me a MSRP price of $1100 for these running boards, I provided him the part number and advised him the MSRP from Mopar was $700. He continued to insist Armory's price was $1100. I asked if Armory's own parts dept 15% coupon could be applied but he stated they did not honor the National Mopar coupon even though it was displayed on Armory's own web site. Buyer Beware - Do Not Deal do business with this dealership. Every other Dodge dealership honors their own coupons and does noy charge $400 over Mopars own MSRP. More
