I won't ever do business with them or a Lithia dealer ever again. I have had GREAT experiences in the past with Lithia own dealerships, but after how this one is I will never again. Bought a $65,000 Jeep from them 3-months ago and service has been a nightmare. The first time when a safety issue occurred it took me calling Jeep to get an appointment/loaner car. Now fast forward to today and I call and ask to see if someone can just look at the front end of my vehicle (it was hit in a parking lot) and they tell me sure, for $169. No compassion about the car being it, just "pay me". Then they tell me, even though it is an Electric Hybrid with batteries, they can't recommend a place for any body work that needs to be done. Stay away, all they care about is getting the car sold then they never want to deal with you again. And good luck getting service on the phone, most times they don't even answer the phone. More

I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and noticed a leak on the floor which I thought was from the oil filer. I called the service department at Armory and spoke to Nick Miller the Assistant Service Manager and he floor which I thought was from the oil filer. I called the service department at Armory and spoke to Nick Miller the Assistant Service Manager and he said to bring it right over which I did. It turned out to be a leaking shock and he said he'd have to order one for me but the vehicle would be safe for me to drive until it came in. He checked on me every few days while the part was on order to make sure everything was fine with the safety of the vehicle. In a few days the part came in and Nick immediately called me and told me to bring it over. He set me up with a loaner vehicle and they took care of the job before the end of the day. You couldn't ask for better service and the Jeep was spotless when I picked it up. It's great to have a service department and people in it that back up their products. More

Mixed experience trying to find a used truck. Let me first say that my salesman Jerome was outstanding. I would highly recommend dealing with Jerome. Where my experience took a turn was my interaction with the assistant sales manager. After finding body defects and broken parts not previously disclosed, he came out to discuss them with me. (Body damage, broken headlight). He never introduced himself, shook my hand, ir said hello, rather took a confrontational tone immediately that there was no way the broken headlight ($500) could be replaced, and that me asking for it was ridiculous, even when it meant I did the deal right there. His tone and approach was rather rude during the entire interaction, and then he just walked away. I do understand with used cars that’s how it is, it was the way it was went about. More

Bought a car out right from them, was told I’d be there an hour and a half max as they knew I was coming and had a newborn and a 2 year old, I sat there for over 4 hours!! Just to leave and have 3 lights c an hour and a half max as they knew I was coming and had a newborn and a 2 year old, I sat there for over 4 hours!! Just to leave and have 3 lights come on within my 55 minute car ride home! Brought it back and they “fixed it” and was also told I’d be getting a gift certificate worth like $400 to use there… neverrr received that! And since buying the car Ive had nothing but issues. I should have known when the guy I was working with said basically wasn’t their problem once I left! Place is an absolute joke! More
