Average I've always been treated as a value customer; fast reliable service. For some reason this time I felt that I was being avoided at all costs. I brought my van in for a oil change and rotation of tires. As I was standing there waiting for someone to help me, I realized that I was actually waiting for someone to acknowledge me even being there. No one ever said Hello or I'll be with you in a moment. And they were not busy. No excuse. Finally I was asked if I needed help by someone that just walked in the room. It was uneventful after that. More

Good service at the Express Lane Drove in for an Express Lane oil change and wiper replacement and was back out in less than an hour. Found the problem?? Blind spot sensor kept going off for no reason so I brought it in. I had to contact service each day to get an update, only to find out each time they Blind spot sensor kept going off for no reason so I brought it in. I had to contact service each day to get an update, only to find out each time they said they need another day. What happened to keeping in touch with the customer?? Finally found a faulty wiring harness said the Jeep should be fixed be the next day assuming the package the had overnighted got there but again only after I called for a status for the 3rd day. Finally got it fixed got a call to pick it up only to find the front floor mat covered in dirt and grime. Guess they figured since they fixed it I could at least clean up after them. Car smelled horrible afterward also. Hey but at least the blind spot sensor got fixed eventually????? Not a good experience especially after only having prior good ones. More
We tried but it still doesn't work??? I brought my car in with a brake motor that went with the hitch the dealer installed. The RV service place had tried to install it but said the comput I brought my car in with a brake motor that went with the hitch the dealer installed. The RV service place had tried to install it but said the computer needed to be reset for the part to work. I made an appointment with Armory garage to have this done. When I picked up the car they told me they had flashed the computer put the part still didn't work. Even though they had failed to repair my car I still had to pay them. They asked me who installed the hitch, that maybe the wiring was wrong. I told them they had installed the hitch. I went back to the RV dealer and they finally found the problem, a wire that came from the battery should have gone through the firewall and attach to the brake but was left lose in the battery case. I feel Armory garage let me down, they should have tried harder to help me. More

Excellent Service - Even for an Oil Change Mr. Casala is always alavilable and follows up on any issues with my Jeep when I bring it in for service. On this last visit he mentioned Armory uses Mr. Casala is always alavilable and follows up on any issues with my Jeep when I bring it in for service. On this last visit he mentioned Armory uses synthetic oil and I do not have to come in for a change at every 3000 miles (which is what I had set my interval for maintenance). Paul has metioned more than once how good a condition my '06 Commander is (220,000 miles). I truly love this Jeep and wish it were not discontinued. More
