Normally great dealership and service department. But this time they could not resolve my issue. Seemed straightforward. Their diagnosis led straight to the hvac control module. Installed new module But this time they could not resolve my issue. Seemed straightforward. Their diagnosis led straight to the hvac control module. Installed new module but didn’t resolve it. Maybe the part was defective?? Was told there was no way they would know?? Very disappointed. Paid $300 for no resolution. Would like someone to look into this. More
