Satisfied with service on heater/ac problem Arnie Bauer Service Center was very helpful and expedient when they took care of my problem with heating and cooling on my Enclave. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, identify the problem part and replace it within several hours. I got my car back the same day within several hours of bringing it in. Honest not pushy salesman My husband and I had a great experience buying our Escalade. Dave came across very nice, honest and not pushy. My one complaint would be that the battery was dead when we purchased the car due to a someone leaving it running and a light on. They had to jump the vehicle and the service technician left before replacing the battery so we had to bring the vehicle back the next day for service for a new battery. I was very disappointed with this situation. I felt we are buying a car an expensive car at that so a battery should of been replaced before we left with the vehicle. Even though the car buying process takes forever and we had the battery issue Dave made it as pleasant as possible!! Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend Dave and this car dealership. Excellent service On a Sunday, my 5 y/o Buick’s chk engine light came on and my car wouldn’t start. Had it towed to the dealership. The next morning I arrived just as t On a Sunday, my 5 y/o Buick’s chk engine light came on and my car wouldn’t start. Had it towed to the dealership. The next morning I arrived just as the service center was opening and my car was already inside being assessed. I spoke with the service Dept staff in person to ask some questions and then I left. Received a p/c in early afternoon informing me my car was ready and the issue was still covered under warranty. I was incredibly pleased to hear this. And very grateful they were able to tend to my car without notice and in a timely manner. Thankyou!!!! More
