Excellent service Our 2017 Buick LaCrosse had a dead battery in the garage on a Saturday. We called up to Arnie Bauer Buick & secured an appointment on Monday morning. Called the service department on Monday morning & obtained a tow for the car. It was determined that car battery needed to be replaced which was done. Upon cleaning the tires now after a couple days sitting in the driveway it's got rotten tires. Then I find a rip in the seat all this is costing me money for a $24,000 vehicle.now I have a whole list of stuff. I called and didn't get no where all I wanted was the tires taken care of. Overall the second salesman Andrew was good. GM Certified Inspection what is that. I got taken care of better buying a $10,000 truck at scapel Chevrolet. The visit went well I have had unpleasant visits in the past. It seems that there are new employees in the service area that are more customer service oriented. Came in for an oil change and my check engine light was on. It’s still on. My inspection report showed no engine problems. I will return to see about the engine light. Thought the light would go out after the oil change or be informed of an engine problem. More
