Stay Clear Unfortunately customer service is greatly lacking, too much unnecessary waiting around each visit. I feel this is their tactic to wear you out. Purchased XT4, I was not able to do an adequate test-drive and vehicle had a steering column issue. It was repaired but if I could have test driven the vehicle I would not have selected it. When I picked up the XT4 is was not cleaned to the standards that I expected as a previous Cadillac owner. The extra cost for seat protection and clear coating (exterior) was a waste, smearing all over! Was told to bring vehicle back and I did but cleaning did not happen. For the price $$$ I paid delivery was extremely poor. Buyer beware if you have high standards. More

Therefore for future services I will seek an alternate business before going here. I’ve been pleased with previous service visits and this is the second time I’ve dealt with this particular service rep and was disappointed both times. I had to bring up the fact that I should receive a rebate for purchasing this particular battery and was then given the form There were other issues but Im done typing.
