Mark Diehl Service Writer & Max the technician were excellent. They displayed extremely professional etiquette in resolving my unique situation with my 2020 GMC Denali. These two were patient with me and the insurance company. Did stop until the matter was rectified. Truly restored my thoughts about GMC dealerships

Everything mentioned above is true to heart. I forgot to mentioned the sweetheart of a cashier. She was soo kind. The short LATIN lady. This young lady speeds around the dealership when she leaves from behind to cashier desk. Feel bad in forgetting her name. She sits directly behind Mark. Her personality is so perky and contagious in a good way. If one is down and out. One cannot help but to PERK -UP once making contact with her. Her smile and personality is positive!!!!!!
