Everyone should matter. On April 7, 2016, I walked into this dealership in order to test drive a new Cadillac Escalade ( I currently own the previous generation escalade). T On April 7, 2016, I walked into this dealership in order to test drive a new Cadillac Escalade ( I currently own the previous generation escalade). The test drive was the worse that I have every had in my life. The Escalade that I was put in, was full of boxes and other items. And on top of that, the information screen stated that the truck was low on fuel. I explained this to the salesman and he stated that we would't go far because he really didn't have much time to give me a test drive, but I could call him and set up a time for another test drive. I even noticed that my sales man had to give a long explanation to his sales manager before we were even able to go outside for the test drive. I really expected so much more from this dealership. Before coming to this dealership, I had just test driven a Lincoln Navigator at Sutton Ford and Lincoln (which is one of their neighbors) and I feel more compelled to buy the Navigator than the Escalade. Sutton Ford and Lincoln was so much better. And I couldn't believe that the sales man at Arnie Bauer informed me that he used to work at Sutton Ford. I guess the customer service didn't transfer over with him. They really made me feel as if I didn't really matter to them. More

Fantastic experience with a professional staff ! From the moment we walked through the door, my wife and I knew that this would be place that would earn our business. In the weeks prior, we had visited several other dealerships, all with the same result. Pushy or rude salesmen, lying to us and doing whatever it takes to make the sale. This was NOT the case at Arnie Bauer. Everyone was very polite and professional. We sat and talked with Tom Hogan, who was very patient with me, as I test drove three different trucks. Tom was upfront about everything and left no question unanswered. He made sure that , once I had made my decision, the process would be quick and painless. After the deal was done, they sat with me in my truck and taught me how to use all the bells in whistles in my 2016 GMC Sierra Denali ! Thanks Tom for an all around great car buying experience. You better believe we will keep doing business with Arnie Bauer Cadillac GMC! More

I went into the dealership to look at it and the sales manager himself helped me out with taking the car for a test drive and ran numbers for me. I was very happy with the price and they even gave me a good deal on an extended warranty since I knew the 2011 models sometimes had some transmission issues. I've put almost 1000 miles on the car since I got it and I haven't had any issues at all. I will definitely come back to Arnie Bauer for my next vehicle. More

BIGGEST MISTAKE.so they looked at it and said it was Motor oil I just fixed a motor leak and showed the person helping me the paper work and said that was the problem and had to take it back to where the work was done. I figured i would wait because it is about 45 min from my home BIG MISTAKE I didn't know my miles where almost over for my extended warranty! I took it in to the dealership where I GO and they said it was TRANSMISSION OIL NOT MOTOR " HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE"!!!!! NOW I DON'T HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND IT IS GOING TO COST ME 2300 + TAX TO FIX!!!! THEY TOTALLY MIS DIAGNOSED MY VEHICLE WHAT KIND OF MECHANICS DO THEY HAVE THEY DONT KNOW THE DIFFERNECE BETWEEN MOTOR AND TRANS OIL! More
Horrible experience I was an out of town buyer and put a deposit down on a 2012 Cadillac CTS. My wife and I drove up to the dealership a Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at 11:30 am we let them know we were there to pick up the vehicle. After about 15 minutes a nervous salesman came over to tell me they sold the car the previous night. I immediately asked to see the sales manager and he looked me in the eye and said sorry nothing he could do. After I questioned him he said if I didn't leave the premises he would call the police. I am now looking to purchase an Escalade and guess what dealership popped up............ I think not. More
By far the worst I would not recommend my dog to Arnie Bauer. A week after purchasing a 2011 GMC, it was back at the dealership for service and repair. The guys in the service department are EXTREMELY RUDE and unfriendly. The truck needed $800.00 worth of service done to it. When my husband called and asked how this could happen (seeing we only had it less than a week before we took it back) the service department informed us that we bought a used vehicle what were we expecting. They did pay for the repairs, but after I picked it up it sound horrible. It is still squealing really bad. From the car lot to my house it squealed. If I wanted something that squealed, I would've kept what I had. I am so unhappy and upset with this situation. I will never do business with this company again, and I will tell any and everyone not to go there. By far the worst buying experience ever. More

Contacted this team to get status on my vehicle. The rep that was dealing with my truck was not around. When I asked for a status because it had been over 20 hrs in their possession, I was told that the rep that was dealing with my truck was not around. When I asked for a status because it had been over 20 hrs in their possession, I was told that the rep could get me a status because the other rep wasn't around... basically he didn't want to be bothered to assist a paying customer. Very shoddy customer service. More
I called to see about a transmission repair and was told by the service guy that unless there was a computer code, they could not diagnose a vehicle problem. I asked if there was anyone capable onsite to di by the service guy that unless there was a computer code, they could not diagnose a vehicle problem. I asked if there was anyone capable onsite to diagnose in the absence of a computer code to tell them something; can it be that nobody is capable enough to manually observe, inspect and review a vehicle and identify the area of concern? He said that I should not talk to him like that. I agreed. I hung up. So much for a 30 plus year association with that dealership. It is the second time I have had this experience with Cadillac. They must be making tons of money to blow off customers so easily. More
