Our shuttle service is a great option we have here to offer our guests that have a longer wait time or need to get back home. We understand all situations and do our best to accommodate each guest. Thank you for your response. The ride was offered but never showed up. It was like they forgot about me. Repair service and Advisor was 4 stars but the overall experience was 3 stars on account of being offered a ride home but not getting one.
