The service was good but they never rotated my tires and never told me why. Also I think the oil changes should still be included in the maintenance package or at least at a reduced rate. More

Hello Denise, Thanks so much for the review and time spent here with us in the Service Department. I'm really sorry for any miscommunication on our end with the service report. I did check the ticket. No rotation was performed based on the ware of the tires. I do show a recommendation of tires and quote given on this ticket. I can certainly go over this with you in depth. My name is Jessica the Customer Service Manager. My direct extension is 708-720-7363, I will be more than happy to help. My apologizes again for the thoroughness on this past visit. I have gone ahead and spoke to our staff. All staff is well aware and will be completing the service report at a more thorough pace.
