This is disturbing to hear and I would hope that is not true. Maybe they placed it in the glove box to put it out of sight. We will have someone contact you to determine the day and time so that we can get to the bottom of this. We do have cameras that maybe we can get down to the bottom of it. We want to make sure you feel safe when you drop off your vehicle for service with personal items in it. We will be contacting you soon.
