I came into the service center for an oil change. A few days prior I had concerns regarding my brakes. They inspected my vehicle and completed the oil change under 2 hours and they were busy. 1st there were 2 men talking to each other at the intake, upon pulling in both walked away without saying a word to me or even acknowledging me as a customer. Lastly, I could not get a 10 percent discount, because I did not have the physical coupon that Arnie Bauer sent me. i have received discounts in the past at the mention of a price special. This service department allowed a customer to walk off with my keys before, and hid it from the service manager. Perhaps that should have been my last visit. More

After reading the reviews for this place, I felt this was a great place to go get service on my vehicle, boy was I wrong! Im a travel nurse and I just needed to get simple oil change on my Escalade. They service gentleman was nice, the sales man was very rude on the other hand. I asked to look at the new Escalade and it seemed to be a problem and I guess he felt like I didnt have enough money because he made it a point to say several times that the vehicle was a six figure vehicle and I made it a point to let him know that I made six figures. He had no interest at all in showing me the vehicle at all, Im an african american female and I had a caucasian female co worker with me and she was very upset with the way I was treated. Im sorry but you just missed a six figure deal. Hopefully they next person that comes in will get treated better. More
