Hello Ms. Stewart. We great apologize for this inconvenience. We are currently very low on loaners because of the inventory shortage our brands are affected with at this time. However, we have been utilizing our shuttle transportation at 100%. Not sure why the shuttle service was not made available to you. In the future please contact our Customer Service Manager Jessica with your transportation needs. She will be happy to help you!
