I brought my Maserati in because the check engine light came on. Instead of focusing on diagnosing the problem, I was given a proposal full of unrelated repairs, including an unnecessary oil change even th came on. We had to ask them to perform specific diagnostic tests on the wiring, sensors, and pressure systems. Every test came back normal, yet they continued pushing the same expensive, unrelated recommendations. It felt like the proposal was generated before the actual diagnosis rather than based on the test results. I expected transparent, evidence-based recommendations from a luxury dealership, but this experience left me disappointed. More

There was no communication from the service agent, I had to call for updates. I was told they were extremely busy, That does not excuse communication in my opinion.
