The experience was filled with shady tactics, poor communication, and a complete lack of transparency. I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. Save your time, energy, and money and avoid this place altogether. From the moment we started talking numbers, it became clear they were using the classic back and forth routine between the salesperson and manager to pressure us into unnecessary add-ons and inflated fees. They were not upfront about pricing, and when we pushed back, the tone changed, especially from the manager, Hollando, who became noticeably agitated once he realized we understood how financing actually works. There was zero consistency in what we were being told, rates kept changing mid-conversation, and nothing was properly documented. The salesperson, Angel, clearly lacked experience and was constantly being corrected or talked over by Hollando, which only added to the confusion and frustration. We didn’t want to make a rushed decision without full information and did not want to continue the back and forth with them, so we took a couple of days to think it over. When we returned to check on the Tesla Model S we had been considering, we found that they had pulled all of them from the lot. They weren’t sold to other customers, they just “sent them away”. That move alone confirmed the kind of shady tactics they operate with. Take a moment to read their other reviews, you’ll see many people had similar experiences, some even posting images of hidden fees and misleading practices. If you decide to go here, make sure to review every detail carefully and ask for full transparency. But honestly, I recommend skipping the headache and going somewhere reputable. We ended up purchasing from Car Team USA, where the process was transparent, respectful, and completely hassle free, the way it should be.
