Here’s the deal. I am sure on a normal day Claudio and the business are better, but holy moly I should not have to call every few hours to get an update on my vehicle I am sure on a normal day Claudio and the business are better, but holy moly I should not have to call every few hours to get an update on my vehicle and make sure the service would be completed in a timely fashion. I was surprised with a flat tire, so this was not a service scheduled in advance. Despite dropping the vehicle off the previous evening, it still took almost 2 full days to have my vehicle returned. And meanwhile, who knows how long it would have taken had I been more passive and not calling every couple hours. Claudio was perfectly pleasant, but at a certain point, communication is paramount. I appreciate things were busy as it was a holiday week, but this was pretty mind blowingly painful. Not sure if there needed to be more staff on call or what. Yes I will be back because this is the closest Maserati, but I do also feel obligated to provide this review. More

Quite aggressive negotiation for the car that has obvious damage to it. Played like nothing is wrong and pulled absolute worst prices for the trade-in that was in immaculate condition.
