I received a letter from the extended warranty company. I reached out to them, and they have not been contacted by the dealership to start my bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. I reached out to the dealership three days ago and have not received a phone call back. Today is April 24, 2026 Friday. I will try reaching out again to see if I can get someone to help me. The lack of communication and the callbacks is non existent. Also, I have had my car for three months and still have not received my registration. I contacted DMV. My car is registered to my tag. And they are supposed to mail out my registration within 30 days of purchase of my car. So I did find out that it is also illegal for them not to send my registration. More

I bought a used Mercedes for $55,000. They told me they only had one key—fair enough. It was 9:00 PM when they handed me a remote fob, but it didn't have the actual key blade inside. When I asked about the key, they claimed it was at the service department—which, given the late hour, was already closed—and promised they would contact me the following day. The next day, however, I had to be the one to contact *them*; that’s when they admitted they had made a mistake and that they didn't actually have the key at all. The bottom line: once the sale is finalized, they couldn't care less about anything else. I could potentially take legal action, as the contract states that they possessed "a key," whereas what they actually provided was merely a remote fob with no key blade inside (Mercedes fobs typically house a metal key blade within the unit).
