I have begun to blog about this experience and I have contacted the state Attorney General about what I believe is fraudulent misrepresentation. More

I would like to give a special thank you to my Service Advisor, Claudio P., and the technician, Gilbert, who completed the repairs and inspection on I would like to give a special thank you to my Service Advisor, Claudio P., and the technician, Gilbert, who completed the repairs and inspection on my vehicle. Their professionalism and attention to detail continue to exceed my expectations. During an oil change visit in January, Gilbert identified a potential issue and possible leak. Because I needed to leave quickly for a meeting, I was informed that it was safe to take the vehicle home and return the following week for further inspection. Claudio promptly confirmed that the necessary repairs would be covered under my warranty and arranged a complimentary loaner vehicle, which I truly appreciated. When I returned the following week, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, as it always is with Claudio. Since Alfa loaner vehicles were unavailable, he personally escorted me to the on-site rental partner to ensure I was taken care of. The rental process was seamless. The next day, Claudio contacted me to confirm the issue had been diagnosed and repaired. He explained that my vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day after service was completed and the car had been washed. In addition to addressing the original concern, the team proactively identified and replaced the gear shift under warranty. They also noticed that the driver-side seat adjustment buttons were damaged — something I had forgotten to mention — and repaired those as well. I truly appreciate their thorough inspection and attention to details I might have otherwise overlooked. Overall, the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
