I had to cancel my appointments at least twice, and Claudio was still incredibly accommodating and I feel offered me all potentially available services within my warranty. Brought the car in for oil change, tire rotation and the recommended wheel alignment to see that on the drive home the car veers to the right. I was not able to bring the car back as I had another appointme recommended wheel alignment to see that on the drive home the car veers to the right. I was not able to bring the car back as I had another appointment after this. Definitely dissatisfying to pay $371 for tire rotation and alignment for them not to get it right. I live in east Fort Lauderdale. So now I have to go back this week to get it done right and will take off work another 2 -4 hours of my day for this. Also, was offered to get the car washed and it was not washed. More
