Claudio was empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. He was able to confirm suspicion of what was wrong with my car assuring me they could fix the problem and got me in ASAP! I have a 2019 Giulia th He was able to confirm suspicion of what was wrong with my car assuring me they could fix the problem and got me in ASAP! I have a 2019 Giulia that I had rotors and pads replaced at another location, leaving the breaks spongy, dangerous to drive and with a bunch of error codes on dash. Service department was able to fix the issues and clear all codes as Claudio had assured. Couldn’t be happier! Truly, Thank you! More

Claudio tries to help me and he does attempt to get the prices down. The work gets done and I always get a free ride back to the dealership to get my car. My main issue stem with the prices. I have some wo prices down. The work gets done and I always get a free ride back to the dealership to get my car. My main issue stem with the prices. I have some work done on my Fiat at Arrigo but anything I can get done at more reasonable price I get done at other service centers. For example, over $500 for a new battery is way to much. It is hundreds less at other places. And the brake quote from Arrigo was way over what Firestone charges for the same job. If only Arrigo would have matched Firestone's quote they would have earned another $800 from my last visit. More
