I’ve been to the other Ram service centers in the area and Arrigo is heads and shoulders above the rest. The main issue with my vehicle was not properly resolved. Additionally, some extra parts were supposed to be ordered to fix my vehicle, I wasn’t told when the parts arrived. I had to call to inquire as well as complain about my old issue. There seems to be no sense of urgency on the staff’s part to assist despite my vehicle still being under warranty. I have spent time and gas to come fix a supposedly brand new vehicle I bought from this branch, and the staff is showing little to no consideration. More

Set up an 11am appointment to test drive a 2026 Jeep Compass for my daughter. Accomplish the test drive, trade-in evaluation, purchase, final negotiations inclusive of setting with both the finance and Compass for my daughter. Accomplish the test drive, trade-in evaluation, purchase, final negotiations inclusive of setting with both the finance and insurance departments all within three hours! It was about as painless as a new car purchase can be. They have an on-property snack bar where I was able to get lunch while the dealership completed everything. Chantelle was very respectful, very personable and very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass and especially Chantelle to anyone. More
