Very disappointed last two visits. Lack of follow up wrong diagnosis and extended time to take care of the problem. Truck not fully assembled on the interior thank God I found the part on the ground next to my truck and was able to put it back. CarPlay did not work. I mentioned them. It could be the module behind the dash they decided to put in a new radio that did not work and then they had to order the module behind the dash thank God I had a warranty.
