Professional and courteous This is the second vehicle I purchased from here. The first was a 2016 RAM. RAM offered the first 3 oil changes for free so I returned every few mon This is the second vehicle I purchased from here. The first was a 2016 RAM. RAM offered the first 3 oil changes for free so I returned every few months for that and brought my Doberman Pinscher along because the dealership is nice and grassy. I walked through the showroom floor with him and everyone was always nice and made friends with my dog. So over the years I was able to develop somewhat of a relationship with that dealership. Then last month I got another Doberman and needed an offroad style vehicle with more room for the monsters so I wanted to purchase a 4 door Wrangler. This dealer was the only dealer I had in mind and went to visit Hector Moya who showed me a few models and we test road a few. When it was time to purchase I came back and was prepared to be there a few hours. While sitting at his desk, waiting for my appraisal, I heard one of the salespeople say that their was a Cuban buffet upstairs for the employees. So, I started walking around thinking I could maybe snag something to eat, cause I was starving. A salesman asked me if I need help, cause I was walking around back in the offices area, and I told him that I was starving and overheard someone say "Cuban Buffet" and so was looking for it. He laughed and said it was only for employees, that the company buys them lunch on Fridays. So, I went back to the desk. Hector comes back and says "Are you hungry my friend to you want to come up and eat some Cuban Buffet?", and he brought me upstairs and I sat down with everyone and ate until I was stuffed. The rest of the sale was easy and negotiations where easy as well. Of course they didn't give me what I thought my truck was worth so the sales manager came out to talk to me and IT WAS THE SAME ONE FROM TWO YEARS AGO THAT CAME OUT TO TALK TO ME. He remembered me and so we chatted for a little bit and then talked about my truck. He ended up giving me a little extra and drilling down on the price of his car and we closed the deal. The Finance manager was nice and friendly too. Not a "Fake" kind of friendly either, but actually just plain friendly. Great dealer left with a smile on my face and will be returning soon with my Doberman for oil changes. If you go there ask for Hector Moya. The Finance guy is John Riley. And a nod out to Matt Diamond in Delivery. More

Poor customer service- Sales Reached out to their live chat on their website to place an order for 2019 Rubicon Unlimited. Had my build sheet emailed to their online sales person, Nick. I even then followed up with a phone call an hr later to discuss. He said he would get back to me after he speaks with their GSM and also mentioned its the end of the month so their a little busy. Fair enough. This was 2/28. I never heard back from anyone until 3/4 with an automated email from Nick. I sought out another Jeep dealer and to order my Jeep. Pretty crazy they let such an easy, $50k sale get away from them. All they had to do was place my order and take my money. Says a lot about their sales departments arrogance. More
