Simple Perfect! My salesman, Jeremy, came recommended from a mutual friend but I felt like I've known him for my entire life. This deal took a bit of time to put together but he was there every step of the way trying to find wants to get everyone on the same page, push the deal through, and simply not be the "everyday" car salesman. I was treated with more than respect and for that alone I will be a repeat customer so long as Jeremy is working with Arrigo. Tyler the delivery guy was prompt and efficient. On two different occasions he cleaned and prepped the new vehicle without every having to ask. He knew his job and he did it well. I dealt with Patti in financing and from the start I felt more like family than a customer. Patti put in the extra effort to find ways for the numbers to be where I needed them to be. With the mounds of paperwork Patti and myself went beyond a sales relationship and we discussed our kids, their lives, what to expect in the future, and just how great it is to be a parent. I went back there and delt with patty the finance lady and she told me the cop was just being a xxxxx and there nothing they can do. I have to wait for the yellow sticker for my transfer tag to come in. So now I have to drive around illegally because they won’t issue a new temp tag and won’t give me a yellow sticker. Now I’m afraid of driving because I don’t want or like to get pulled over. I will never do business with them again and would not trust there management staff there. More

Great Service!!! I was looking for over 3 weeks for a used Town and Country and finally found it at the Arrigo in Fort Piece. I was able to call Chris and he was able I was looking for over 3 weeks for a used Town and Country and finally found it at the Arrigo in Fort Piece. I was able to call Chris and he was able to have it shipped to me so I did not have to pick it up almost 2 hours away. I have three kids under 5 so it would not have been easy. Thank you Chris for the convenience and persistence on getting it done. Joe picked up the car and finished the dear.
