I’m making time to write and post this online review due to my recent outstanding used car buying experience at Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram in Tama I’m making time to write and post this online review due to my recent outstanding used car buying experience at Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram in Tamarac, FL. Buying a used car is risky. CarFax and AutoCheck help, but only to a point. In the end, the buyer is trusting the dealer to have made reasonable efforts to go over the car and not sell something with big problems. About a week ago, I bought a fairly late model, low mileage Toyota SUV from Arrigo DCJR . The experience was more pleasant and efficient than most of my previous car-buying trips – a tip of the hat to salesperson Igor and to Nick Ancona – Business Development Manager. In the process, I signed documents saying I wouldn’t sue, I’d go to arbitration, a number of really bad things could be wrong with any used car, and As-Is–No Warranty (pretty much like prescription drug warning labels!) Well, on my 220-mile drive home from the dealer that evening and into the next day, two problems happened repeatedly. One of them (auto rear-hatch mechanism malfunction) had occurred with the salesman intermittently at the dealership. The other (low speed stalling after running hard) had not. I was crestfallen! I’d spent a substantial sum and a great deal of time and effort buying a car that had big problems. When I called Nick Ancona, the Arrigo DCJR Business Development Manager, he immediately said “We want to do the right thing. Let me talk to my service manager and call you back.” In about 10 minutes or so he called with the name of a service advisor at Toyota dealer near my home and asked me to get the car into them for diagnostics. I was hopeful, but still concerned. Short story even shorter: Within 2 business days, the car was completely repaired at Arrigo’s expense and I know it cost them a tidy sum (north of $1,500). As I talked with Nick during the process and told him I was really impressed that they were taking care of the problem without a fight, he said, “We’re always about doing the right thing; we wouldn’t do it any other way.” That’s integrity – doing the right thing even when it costs you! In my book, that kind of integrity will earn a dealer my repeat business – even when I’m 220 miles away! Bill C. Orlando, FL More

If you want to have a smooth buying experience, I highly, highly recommend Micky Cassar. My husband spoke with Micky on Monday, made an appointment with him for July 4th at 10:00am. When we arrived, he had the Jeep Grand Cherokee ready for me to test drive. Talk about customer services. He will do what it takes to make you happy and make your experience enjoyable. Micky was very patient with me as I test drove 3 Jeeps to make sure I loved what I was getting. I ended up getting a White 2018 Jeep Compass Altitude. I LOVE IT!!! More

Left with a new Jeep and some laughs along the way I was very impressed with the experience I had with Ellison my sales consultant. He taught me a lot about the Jeep Wrangler I was buying and the optio I was very impressed with the experience I had with Ellison my sales consultant. John the finance manager walked me through the various protection warranties that I could take advantage of so that I could make the right choice. The process ended with Mark who'm I'm met a few times with other purchases at Arrigo Sawgrass. It's always a great experience finishing what is typically a not so fun experience with people that go out of there way to make the experience a good one. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase! God Aweful!!!! I highly recommend using another dealership. They are the worst!! They have no clue what is happening with the vehicles they have on the lot. The sales people don’t know how to handle or what the process is if you have an extended warranty and you are doing a trade in. My Dodge Durango broke 400 miles in and then broke again after getting it back after 150 miles. They had it 4 weeks total and it needed an alternator. They changed unnecessary things when it was screaming alternator when I dropped it off. They changed that last. It is currently broken again and has to go back for the touch screen and bucking when you press the gas. Don’t ever fall for the “we owe you form” you will never get what they owe you. ive been waiting five months for an owners manual that was missing from the car. Every time I tried to follow up they acted like I was crazy for asking because it takes time to get there. Well five months in and now they say it was never ordered!!! Everyone is so sorry for what the guy before them did but they do the same thing. Robert Carp the sales manage hung up on me today because he couldn’t handle getting yelled at. You might want to change your position because I’m sure you get yelled at a lot because of this crappy service provided by this dealership. The only person that I give any credit to is Randy Vasquez in sales. He was very patient and kind and unfortunately did not finish our purchase and we were given to Justin who is a waste of space. BS Bob in service is also useless. I feel I could go on for days and only had my vehicle for five months. Good luck if you decide to use this dealership. More
